Application Support
We offer onsite setup services during delivery should you wish to setup your headset immediately. We can also assist with help on linking it to your PC on the spot.
Warranty & Local Replacement
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our headsets and will perform a one-to-one replacement for defective headsets.
VR Application Support
VR Base offers on-site support, such as assisting you on how to link your Meta Quest 3 headset to your PC, so that your team can start working inside the Metaverse!
