As part of Pimax's commitment towards lowering the barrier of entry for their premium headsets, they have split costs into two parts. The pricing above will only include the cost of the headset, and not their membership pass.

Pimax Prime Membership Fee (activated through going to Pimax Play):

  • One-off payment of $988 USD

This payment is made to Pimax, not to VR Base.

You will have to pay for this subscription before being able to use the Pimax Crystal Super.

FAQs

What is the default optical engine?

The default setting of Pimax Crystal Super will come with the 50 PPD QLED. The 57 PPD QLED optical engine will be launched some time later.

Do you have the Ultrawide variant of the optical engine?

Yes, however, they are expected to arrive in Q4 2025.

Do you have a place that I can try on the Pimax Crystal Super before purchasing?

As of August 2025, we do not have a demo set yet, but we are in the process of acquiring one for customers to try the Crystal Super headset. Currently, we only have the Crystal Light available at our VR Experience Centre.

Where do you ship to?

We ship primarily within Singapore and Southeast Asia, including Australia.

Feel free to enquire with us, or add your address into the checkout page to see if your country is a supported country that we ship to.

What are your warranty periods?

International support will be included with your order. For any support related enquiries, you may enquire directly with Pimax or through us, where we can forward your enquiries.

Our warranty periods are one-year from the day that you receive your headset.
For any technical or manufacturing issue within this period, VR Base will perform a one-to-one exchange of the headset at no cost.

What if I need prescription lenses?

If you wear glasses normally, then you will most likely require prescription lenses to use with the Pimax Crystal Super as well.
