What else is inclusive with the Pimax Crystal Super?
Every set of the Pimax Crystal Super purchased will come with complimentary DMAS Earphones, which are an upgraded high quality off-ear speakers for spatial audio.
Package also includes a pair of Pimax hand controllers and all necessary connectors, including DisplayPort, power, and USB cables.
Where do you ship to?
We ship primarily within Singapore and Southeast Asia, including Australia.

What are your warranty periods?
International support will be included with your order. For any support related enquiries, you may enquire directly with Pimax or through us, where we can forward your enquiries.
Our warranty periods are one-year from the day that you receive your headset.
For any technical or manufacturing issue within this period, VR Base will perform a one-to-one exchange of the headset at no cost.
What if I need prescription lenses?
If you wear glasses normally, then you will most likely require prescription lenses to use with the Pimax Crystal Super as well.
